Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
1.1 Software Development Services
- If the project is canceled by the client before any development work has begun, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees.
- If work has commenced, a partial refund may be granted based on the completed milestones and resources utilized.
- No refunds will be issued once a project is 80% or more completed or has been delivered to the client.
1.2 SaaS and Subscription-Based Services
- Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if they are unsatisfied with the service.
- After 7 days, refunds will be considered only in cases of service outages, technical failures, or billing errors.
- No refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions after the billing cycle has started. Customers can cancel their subscriptions to avoid future charges.
